This morning when I woke up I felt pretty hungry, so I decided to have a more filling breakfast without breaking my high protein, low carb lifestyle. Every morning I have green tea with my breakfast, and try to eat within an hour of waking up the latest:
- 3 Egg White Spinach Omelette with Swiss Cheese
- 4 slices of Turkey Bacon
- Yogi Blueberry Slim Green Tea
This is a perfect breakfast, especially if you want that all-American feel without the extra carbohydrates and fats. You can accompany this with one serving of fruit as well to give a more refreshing taste, after your savory dish.
